    His diverse experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Smith & Wollensky and as Sommelier and Maître d’ aboard an exclusive, steam-powered overnight riverboat. Outside his professional endeavors, Greg enjoys sports, gaming, and spending time with his Labahoula dog, Gumbo.
